Instructions for using Ingram's GUEST account:

Click on the "client log-in" button in the "Ingram Information Web Portal" section of this page.
At the InfoView log-in screen: enter SYSTEM as "crystal-xi" enter USER NAME as "visitor" enter PASSWORD as "visitor".
Click the "log on" button.
Click on View Latest Instance to see the most recently produced report..
Click on History to see a list of the last 30 days report "instances". Click on any to view.
A viewer window will open and the report information will be displayed automatically. Maximize the window size to full screen, if necessary.
To navigate and drill-down on the report, click on report data when you see the browser hyperlink "hand".
NOTE-Certain standard capabilities including personal report scheduling, report print and data extract functions (for Excel,text-deliminted, RTF) , PDF and e-mail support is de-activated for this guest account.

Exception Reporting - automated alert parameters that can be set to track key conditions that are important to you (such as a high balance account with no activity for 7 days); useful for keeping you in touch with different aspects of your "process critical" business.
